New posters featuring The Super Mario Bros. Movie characters are consistently being released by Nintendo and Illumination Entertainment on social media, much to the excitement of fans!
Three new posters—one for Donkey Kong, one for Toad, and another for Bowser—were shown on Twitter.
As he proudly stands with a Power Star in hand, the poster showing off Bowser teases the resolution of his attack on the penguins that were previously shared in the movie’s very first trailer.
The Toad and DK posters do not provide us much information, however. Instead, they only show them in a mushroom field and in a jungle.
The 3 posters are added to the variety of designs that have been made available lately.

We know exactly what parts Bowser and Toad will play in the storyline thanks to the railers released, but there are also many unanswered questions regarding Donkey Kong.
It is not clear if the fight between Mario and Donkey Kong in the second trailer and the newer ad for the movie is part of Mario’s training journey to face Bowser.
Since the 1981 Donkey Kong game, Donkey Kong and Mario have been arch enemies. Both of them, as well as Pauline made their debuts in that said arcade game.
The Kong family’s portrayal as heroes began with Donkey Kong Country in 1994, and it has mostly continued to be the case ever since.
Bowser first appeared in 1985’s Super Mario Bros. for NES.
Even though Donkey Kong has had his redemption arc over the years, Bowser is still typically portrayed as the bad guy.
He usually makes Mario’s life miserable, though there have been a few exceptions as well, such as Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope.
Toad made his debut in the first Super Mario Bros. game and is most frequently depicted as Princess Peach’s close friend and trusted advisor.
Which of these iconic game characters are you most excited to see portrayed on the big screen?
