We’ve spoken in a previous article about the upcoming Call of Duty: Vanguard, the game that will be launched as an expansion for the much more popular “Warzone” title of the COD series.
Call of Duty: Vanguard is not exactly set in the modern world as other titles of the legendary COD series. Instead, the action happens some decades ago when the planet had to deal with world war scenarios.
Don’t forget about the new Champion Hill mode
According to IGN, Activision has made the announcement that all players having a PlayStation 5 or PlayStation 4 will get to participate in Call of Duty: Vanguard Alpha in just a few days: on August 27! They also get the chance to give the new Champion Hill mode a try.

Need to play a game where it feels like death is floating in the air with every step you take? If the answer is “yes”, giving Call of Duty: Vanguard a try becomes mandatory!
The new Champion Hill mode is a multi-arena survival tournament. Strategy and tactics will combine with quick-action and close-quarter gameplay. The Alpha will be featuring 2v2 and 3v3 versions of the Champion Hill mode. The final goal is to be the last squad standing after a series of timed Combat rounds.
The Champion Hill mode even gives the players the chance to purchase new weapons and gear by earning cash from taking down opponents. Otherwise, all the players will start with the same Loudout.
Call of Duty: Warzone is one of the best war games ever created, and it’s nice to see that it still receives attention from the developers at over 12 months since its release.
Call of Duty: Vanguard will be available for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC.
