Hinata is the perfect volleyball player, and we all know it. We also know that he can use many of his skills to play other sports. But should he?
Shoyo Hinata in Haikyuu!! was terrific, and his road to being a volleyball champion was challenging but also beautiful. But what would happen if he were to choose another sport? Of course, he’s no stranger to other sports, but we think some of them are just not a good fit.
These are some other sports Hinata should and should not try
Tennis – big yes
We think Hinata will do good with Tennis. He can use the lightness of his feet and his speed to his advantage. Hinata can also see through the opponent’s defenses, and he will know which is the best spot to send the ball. With his ability to visualize the best place for the ball will surely bring him a lot of wins.
Cycling – own it
Hinata bikes a lot, so this shouldn’t be a problem. He uses his bike to go places around town, and we see him biking a mountain at some point, so this should be a piece of cake. Being as competitive as he is, he will always push himself to do better, which goes hand in hand with cycling.
Ice hockey – no way
Ice hockey may not be the best idea for Hinata. The sport asks for stronger and larger players, and it’s a physical sport. Hinata is small and will definitely be in a disadvantage here. He won’t be able to hold it on his own and defend himself.
Golf – too boring
Let’s get serious, he won’t be interested in it, and he won’t be able to hold his attention. Of course, his instincts will be useful, but golf is still a slower-paced sport. Hinata loves moving around, but he won’t enjoy it as much as he would enjoy other sports.
