Google Play is well-known as the official Android marketplace that hosts millions of apps. There are also numerous games, e-books, songs, and much more exciting content. For instance, the Google Play Store had 3.41 million apps in 2021.
A lot of the content offered by Google’s marketplace is free to use; there is also the paid stuff that surely deserves your financial investment. That’s where it can become a little complicated if your budget is low.
Don’t hesitate to use them Play Points
According to 9to5Google.com, the notorious tech giant from Mountain View is now allowing people to use their Play Points in order to make purchases.
To benefit from the new functionality, you don’t have to be some tech guru. You just have to go and try to make a purchase in the usual way. You’ll immediately see a new section in the usual pop-up panel. You’ll see the option to use points at checkout and not go for the card or Play balance. From there, you’ll get to adjust the desired amount. In the US store, one Play Point is equivalent to one cent.

Interestingly enough, roughly 98% of the apps that the Google Play Store has to offer are free of charge. However, in many of them, you will find in-app fees and purchases. Others are loaded with ads, and if you want to get rid of them, you might need to pay a small fee.
