Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2‘s Collision event has offered quite the in-game experience, featuring the I.O. and The Resistance pulling their signature weapons. And that’s not all!
But, as great as that was, we need a recap to help us process everything and see what’s coming. Here’s what happened.
Fortnite Season 2 Collision Full Recap
At the start of the Fortnite Season 2 Collision event, there was a new lobby which later proved to be the head of a giant mecha bear (quite cool, right?). The bear at The Resistance’s Moon Base was actually a ‘vechicle’ that players and the Paradigm could pilot to the Island.
The players were also in the gunner seats sending tanks, asteroids, and B.R.U.T.E. mechs!
But that didn’t last for long as the mecha bear was taken down by rockets and fell to the I.O.’s forces. And if it weren’t for banana Peeley, which came just in time with a sleek semi-truck full of Slurp Juice, the mecha bear wouldn’t restore its health.
The mecha bear found its end when The Collider went off. Next thing you know, the player, Jonesy, and The Foundation raced up The Collider and crushed Slone (hell yeah!).
Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 First Teasers
The Fortnite Season 2 Collision event offered many glimpses and teasers of what we can expect from Season 3.
And we start with Darth Vader battling Obi-Wan Kenobi!
Players also noticed the popular Assault Rifle, which means we might see the return of the A.R. and SCAR in Season 3. How cool is that?

The I.O. Leader Geno Has Been Revealed
The Collision event also featured different realities, showing the real world and a sleek part from the Star Wars ‘verse, plus a strange character dubbed Geno.
Who is Geno?
The character with glowing eyes is actually the leader of The I.O., meaning that he’s the new ‘villain’ of Fortnite. Well, we didn’t see that coming!
