Juventus Torino, one of the oldest Italian football clubs, is missing from the latest FIFA games. The reason is represented by Konami’s eFootball series obtaining exclusive rights for using the legendary club’s name. As a result, Juventus was replaced with a fake name called Piemonte Calcio in the FIFA series.
Although Piemonte Calcio has the same players with the same real faces as Juventus has in real life, many FIFA fans were upset at the impossibility of seeing the actual logo, kits, name, and flags of the legendary Italian club. This will finally change in FIFA 23, the title that will land in the gaming world in late September.
Welcome back, Juve!
The wait is almost over! Juventus Torino, colloquially known as just Juve, will appear in this year’s FIFA game as its true moniker, logo, kits, and everything related.
EA SPORTS FIFA Italia made the big announcement of Juventus’ return to the FIFA series, and it even celebrates the event by releasing a new trailer that’s narrated by Claudio Marchisio, who has been one of the club’s biggest players:
The description writes, just in case you still have any doubts:
Juve is back in FIFA 23.
New legends will be born. Like the heroes before them. 🖤🤍 The Bianconeri are officially back in the game as a part of a new partnership between Juventus and EA SPORTS FIFA. Narrated by Juve legend Claudio Marchisio, this film celebrates a new chapter in the club’s story of a great love. Juve per sempre sarà.
We even spoke about the system requirements of FIFA 23 in a previous article. In a nutshell, there’s not much to worry about.
FIFA 23 already has a reveal trailer, one that presents some of the highlights of the game. Even a World Cup mode will be present.
