Destiny 2 takes over Fortnite as the new crossover to land on the Island! Many leaks and teases later, and we finally get to see that happen. So how cool is it?
Bungie has just confirmed what’s there in store for Destiny 2 via a trailer for the Lightfall expansion. That includes a look at Season 18, which is all so pirate-themed, a location on Neptune, new enemy types, and more. The best thing, however: Is that destiny 2 is now available on the Epic Games Store!
Check out below all the details.
Destiny 2 x Fortnite: What to Expect?
Destiny 2 is now available on the Epic Games Store, and you can download Destiny 2, the 30th Anniversary Pack! All the Destiny 2 expansions are also free for the next week. Cool!
Now, back to the much-awaited Destiny 2 x Fortnite crossover. Epic Games and Bungie confirmed the new collab after it was leaked early. Within Fortnite, you can get three new skins, Zavala, Ikora, and The Stranger (which also features a unique fish-like Ghost).
Other stuff includes Destiny swords as melee pickaxes and sleek Sparrow gliders.
For Destiny 2 players, there’s Fortnite-themed gear that looks really good for each subclass. For example, Titan’s armor is inspired by the Black Knight, Hunter’s will turn into Omega, and Warlock into Drift.
But Bungie didn’t do a collab only with Epic. This third game, Mediatonic’s Fall Guys, will get a crossover on September 17, featuring Destiny 2 skins, including Titan, Warlock, and Hunter.
Other details about a possible special playlist or collection that’ll go just smooth with the skins are still unknown. But Bungie should reveal more information in the coming days.
