Escape from Tarkov’s Wipe Date Revealed: What to Expect?
Good news and bad news for Espace from Tarkov fans. First, there hasn’t been any official word yet, but we have a rough estimate of when Escape from Tarkov’s wipe for this patch will occur.
Secondly, based on what’s currently happening, you could expect the following stuff:
- Injectors and Stimulants no longer have adverse side effects
- All loot concentrated on one point-of-interest
- Scavs have grenade launchers
- New Toz ammunition types
- Santa
- Increased skill leveling rate
- Increased PMC dog tag prices
- Changed hideout upgrade requirements
- Low fees at the flea market
- Free entrance to Labs
- Stronger melee damage
Obviously, there’ll be a lot more than that, but we must first wait for more details.
These things don’t often occur until the wipe is upon us. In order to get past the point where progress is reset, players are encouraged to use their finest tools and play frequently. These wipes are commonplace for Escape from Tarkov gamers, so this is nothing new.
But there’s more you should know.
We have an approximate idea of when the wipe will take place. Many online players believe that the wipe will take place just before the New Year. So, that’s practically, around December 28 to December 30, 2022, or so.
