Terrific news for Xbox gamers: Ubisoft Plus is back at only $17.99/month! Microsoft has just revealed that the gaming streaming service, Ubisoft Plus, will start delivering its library on an unlimited basis and is now accessible on Xbox consoles. How cool is that?! A monthly membership fee is $17.99.
And it’s about to get better! The top-tier Multi Access subscription package, which is amazing because it also grants access to Ubisoft’s Windows PC and Amazon Luna game libraries via the Ubisoft Connect service, includes Xbox access. But there’s a catch! The only thing gamers need to do to play Ubisoft titles on an Xbox Series X or One, or if they already have a Multi-Access subscription, is just to link their Xbox Live account to Ubisoft Plus. Get ready for a unique Ubisoft Plus experience because it is about to shake the gaming world!
What Ubisoft offer is somehow similar to the EA Play experience, and it also comes with a 10 % discount on in-game purchases.
Are you a Ubisoft Plus subscriber?
As for Ubisoft Plus Multi Access, this will offer cross-platform progression, and game saves, but only some titles, so don’t get your hopes too high! Check out the full list in the Ubisoft Plus collection available on Xbox Wire.
Additionally, according to Ubisoft’s announcement, users will “have access to premium editions of upcoming releases.” Unfortunately, that is everything they said, and it wasn’t clear if this referred to simultaneous releases of brand-new games.
Is Ubisoft Plus available for PlayStation users?
Well, it is, in fact, since 2019! But only for PlayStation Plus’ new Extra and Premium membership tiers, which are accessible to PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 users. So, both Xbox and PlayStation consoles seem to benefit from the Ubisoft Plus streaming gaming service just fine!
