The new Stream Controller X from Razer resembles one of its main rivals, and we can’t just take our eyes off it! Experienced streamers and content producers would probably be familiar with Razer’s new streaming deck, the Stream Controller X. Its sleek 15 LCD switchblade key buttons and user-swappable face plate are quite similar Elgato’s Stream Deck MK.2, but we still don’t mind. While the initial price of both streaming decks is $150, Elgato’s has gone on sale many times, and now you can get one for only $120.
But let’s go back to our Stream Controller X. What actually makes it so smooth and worthy? I mean, let’s face it. Obviously, there are many more alternatives that would probably be pretty amazing, but what could Stream Controller X have so cool?
Here’s the thing with the Stream Controller X. By dragging several actions into the custom action editor, we can easily program numerous actions onto just a single button. Quite impressive, isn’t it?! We can even program some activities of choice to be executed sequentially or concurrently.
And that’s not all!
Moreover, by turning on Dynamic Mode, we may also establish unique profiles for different stuff and transition between them automatically depending on the application that is running. The Stream Controller X truly shines at the fact that it is compatible with some of the most well-liked streaming programs and applications. That includes Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Twitch, making multitasking more simpler. You don’t need to establish your own profiles because such programs already have them. That’s quite enough to start appreciating the new Stream Controller X, isn’t it?!
What are your thoughts about Stream Controller X? Do you think it could replace other potent controllers, speaking of both capabilities and price?
We could only wait and see how the controller will act in time.
