Samsung had a tough start with its first foldable smartphone. Its following releases were arguably pricey, but they were not bad at all.
The media now shifted its focus to the foldable Samsung Tablet – The Galaxy Z Fold Tab.
The benefits of a foldable tablet are easy to understand. You have access to all the advantages of a larger screen, paired with the portability of a smaller device, like a regular smartphone.
Gizmochina claims that the Z Fold Tab will be introduced in Q1 2022, sometime between January and March.
It is believed that the tablet may surpass the $2,000 price point, as foldable smartphones of the past were not too far off.
Some leaks suggest that the tablet will fold around two edges, even if it would then be too thick to fit a regular pocket.
However, some rumours that the Z Fold Tab would fold like a book would be a lot like a bigger Galaxy Z Flip.
Little is known about the specifications of the tablet. In fact, nothing is official at the moment.
However, as the tablet will be released in 2022, it is safe to say that it will be powered by whatever will follow the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888.
Some tips claim that the Z Fold Tab will be bundled with an S Pen.
The success of the device heavily relies on its price and how customers typically use tablets. Does the foldable tablet justify its price for you? Let us know!
Folding devices are indeed awe-inspiring, but at the moment, they are costly for the average buyer, which means that more time will be needed before they become mainstream.
