Apple’s annual event will take place on September 7. Although the tech giant may be working on several items, the iPhone 14 and Apple Watch Series 8 are the two most anticipated.
Now, new rumors and leaks are stirring quite the buzz, offering more valuable details about possible devices. Here’s what Apple may reveal at its Far Out event on Wednesday.
iPhone 14 Series Fresh Leaks
The highlight of Apple’s Far Out event will be the iPhone 14. There will be a lot of excitement about the new iPhone 14 Plus since four new versions will be released.
A larger model will be a fantastic addition even though the standard versions won’t be too different from their predecessor, the iPhone 13 series.
However, according to 9to5Mac, Apple is expected to hike the price of the iPhone 14 Pro by up to $100, while the regular iPhone 14 models won’t see a price rise.
But that’s not all!
Other leaks claim that the iPhone 14 series will feature these colors:
- iPhone 14: Green, Blue, Purple, Red, Black, and White. Pink could totally replace Purple;
- iPhone 14 Pro: Green, Graphite, Silver, Purple, and Gold. Purple might take the place of Sierra Blue.
Apple Watch 8 Series: 3 New Watches
The biggest significant upgrade to the Apple Watches will probably be the release of three new versions, as per Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman.
The Apple Watch Series 8 will have a new body temperature sensor and improved battery life. At the same time, the Apple Watch SE is expected to see a slight change, too.
Moreover, the company is also working on a challenging ‘Pro’ version of the Series 8 with a sleek design and finishes for even extreme activities.
New Gen of AirPods Pro 2
According to 9to5Mac, the upcoming AirPods Pro model (codenamed B698) will have the latest version of Apple’s H1 chip (how cool is this?), which serves as an audio processor.
That would be a total game-changer!
The next-gen of AirPods Pro 2 could also feature Bluetooth 5.2 support!
iOS 16, iPadOS 16, watchOS 9, macOS 13 Ventura, and tvOS 16 Versions
This might come as a surprise, but Apple is planning an October release of iPadOS 16, alongside macOS 13 Ventura. But, the company is expected to announce the release dates for iOS 16, watchOS 9, and tvOS 16 at the Far Out event (yay!).
Apple Mixed Reality Headset
Finally, the last rumor claims there’ll be an Apple mixed reality handset. The Far Out event might see the return of Steve Jobs’ “One More Thing” popular tagline to tease something new!
Rumors suggest that if that’s about to happen, the device will be launched late this year and begin selling in 2023.
Stay tuned to be the first to know more about Apple’s plans!
