The patch details for the next significant update for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla have been made available by Ubisoft in advance of the update’s release in the following day. On the morning of August 2nd, this update, which is now at version 1.6.0, is scheduled to roll out for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC platforms. Additionally, in addition to a variety of standard bug fixes, this update will also include the addition of a whole new gameplay mode.
The inclusion of the Forgotten Saga game mode is the most noticeable change that has been included in this latest version for Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla. This facet of Valhalla was designed with roguelikes in mind, and it gives players the opportunity to put their skills to the test inside the Niflheim environment. Once a player has progressed through the main storyline of the game to Asgard, they are eligible to access The Forgotten Saga at no additional cost. This side quest is designed to be a recurring obstacle for players.
Ubisoft is once again addressing some lingering issues that have been discovered across a variety of the game’s components as part of the additional enhancements that are included in this latest version for AC Valhalla. You will be able to find the complete patch notes for this next release in the attachment that can be found further down on this page.
