ASUS will soon prove once again that it knows how to create something other than powerful laptops. The smartphone sector has also been targeted by the famous Taiwanese brand, and the upcoming Zenfone 10 will have some pretty interesting specs.
While the previous ASUS Zenfone 9 that came out last year in September runs on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, the manufacturer will raise the stakes significantly when it comes to the upcoming ASUS Zenfone 10. The latter device will be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, and that’s only one of the impressive specs of the future device.
ASUS Zenfone 10 will launch on June 29
Those waiting for the ASUS Zenfone 10 to launch only have to wait less than three weeks more. ASUS itself spread the news about the release date of the company’s next Zenfone device scheduled for June 29.
The launch of the ASUS Zenfone 10 will take place during an event called “All on Hand,” and you can even choose to get notified about the release.
GSMArena has discovered via Geekbench what the upcoming ASUS Zenfone 10 is capable of. Keeping up with its reputation as a premium lineup, the upcoming Zenfone 10 will feature an impressive amount of 16GB of RAM, but it’s highly likely that Asus will offer various other RAM configurations in a similar way as the Zenfone 9 did with its options of 6GB, 8GB, and 16GB.
Operating on Android 13 during the benchmark test, the ASUS Zenfone 10 is supposed to achieve a single-core score of 2,008 and a multi-core score of 5,454. However, as the device was running pre-release software, these numbers should be taken with a grain of salt.
Leaked specifications have also revealed that the Zenfone 10 will sport a 6.3-inch AMOLED touchscreen with a buttery smooth 120 Hz refresh rate. In other words, the upcoming device will also not be too large, which is great news for those willing to use their smartphone using only one hand at a time.
