Wccftech.com writes about the new “SA_DirectX 3.0 Beta” mod that brings a lot of exciting improvements for GTA San Andreas. From new reflections, Godrays, and SSR, the new mod clearly deserves some credit.
Sam Houser, who is President of Rockstar Games, declared on GTA SA’s announcement in 2004, as quoted by Wccftech.com:

Even though we still have eight months to go, we are starting to become very proud of what we have achieved and we can’t wait to get the game into players’ hands.
The Grand Theft Auto series will soon become even more exciting, along with the release of the upcoming GTA 6, which should happen pretty soon. The fans had been waiting a lot for the game, as eight years indeed is enough.
