Even if Rita’s schedule is busy, she doesn’t forget at all about her true goals: working out to get fit, not thin!
She admitted that she’s dedicated to her fitness routine 100 %, but she exercises most for her overall wellbeing and health. In this world where everyone desires to be a certain size, Rita’s statement is a relief.
“I didn’t start working out to get skinnier – I started working out to feel better. And I think it’s important for women to know that,” Rita told Shape.
She’s a Huge Fan of Boxing
We bet you didn’t expect that, but Rita stated several times that she just loves a great session of boxing! As tough as it might sound, boxing is a great way of letting go of stress, become more focused, and keeping your body lean.
