Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty’s pre-order and pricing information has leaked ahead of its presentation at the Xbox Showcase, and we have mixed feelings about it. Billbil-kun, a popular tipster, has claimed that a new trailer for the expansion would be unveiled during tonight’s (June 11) Xbox Games Showcase. Are you excited?
According to billbil-kun, pre-orders for the DLC will go live right after the big announcement. Things become even more fascinating because it’s believed that those who pre-order will get early access to a sleek muscle car dubbed Quadra Vigilante. Quite impressive, isn’t it?!
The source didn’t say whether the vehicle would be immediately available after purchasing Phantom Liberty or if it would be part of the main Cyberpunk 2077 game.
How much is Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty going to cost us?
The leak indicates that the DLC will cost $29.99 (or €29,99 or £24.99), which is better than the worst-case scenario, right?!
Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty’s Story, Characters, and More
The publisher describes Phantom Liberty as “a spy-thriller expansion for Cyberpunk 2077 set in a brand-new district of Night City.” Idris Elba will play Solomon Reed, an FIA agent in the New United States of America.
The devs had also stated in March that further information regarding Phantom Liberty would be made available in June. So, we should get to see more of the new DLC really soon! Moreover, Johnny Silverhand, portrayed by Keanu Reeves, will return in the expanded version, and he’ll be joined by a brand new ensemble of characters. How cool! It has been confirmed that Sasha Grey will also be featured as Ash, a DJ on the game’s 89.7 Growl FM.
What are your thoughts about Cyberpunk 2077’s new DLC?
Although CD Projekt stated in September that Phantom Liberty was the sole planned DLC for Cyberpunk 2077, production of the next Cyberpunk game, Project Orion, will shortly begin!
