Dragon Ball FighterZ: Bandai Namco Releases Gameplay Footage of Super Baby 2’s Upcoming Arrival

Many Dragon Ball FighterZ fans had been demanding more characters from the GT series, and as Shenron would say: “their wish had been granted!”. Super Baby 2 is coming very soon as a playable character in Dragon Ball FighterZ, followed by later addition of Gogeta.

Super Baby 2 will be playable in a new DLC that arrives for the game in only two days, on January 15! Nintendo Life brings the great news of Baby’s addition. Despite his hilarious name, Baby is one of the strongest villains in Dragon Ball, as it was needed for Goku to go Super Saiyan 4 to be able to take him down. As for Gogeta’s arrival in FighterZ, there’s no word on a precise release date. We only know that it’s “coming soon”. Behold the gameplay footage:

Baby should be somewhere between Super Saiyan Blue and Super Saiyan 4 level, although during the Dragon Ball GT anime, he raised his power level tremendously (something usual for Dragon Ball villains). Baby even managed to possess Vegeta’s body and use it against the other good guys.

Beware of Gogeta

Gogeta is the fusion between Goku and Vegeta, and it became canon only after the ‘Dragon Ball Super: Broly’ movie from 2018. As it was expected, Gogeta achieved Super Saiyan Blue level, which means the godly powers that Goku and Vegeta developed during the Dragon Ball Super anime. Gogeta appeared before in another Dragon Ball movie (“Fusion Reborn” from 1995), but he was far weaker during his regular Super Saiyan state with gold hair. Together with Vegito, Gogeta is among the most beloved characters in the entire Dragon Ball franchise.

Gogeta’s arrival in Dragon Ball FighterZ can only make us happy, as it also opens the path for other exciting additions. Other demanding characters for the game are Dabura, Raditz, Arale, and more.
