Tom Hardy was coming for the third movie and confirmed on his Instagram page that Venom 3 sees franchise scribe Kelly Marcel return to pen the script.

Venom 3 Release Date
There is no official release date for Venom 3, but it will likely arrive in October 2024, given the past dates of October 2018 and 2021. Marvel Cinematic Universe continues through Phase Four. Sony Pictures has a lineup of Spidey spinoffs planned: on January 13, 2023, Kraven the Hunter; July 7, 2023, Madame Web; and on January 12, 2024, El Muerto. Also, there is Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, the sequel to 2018’s Oscar-winner, due to cinemas on June 2, 2023.
Here is what Hardy said to Digital Spy:
But I think it’s really important, if you go into something, thinking that one, two and three are the same… the same story, the same film. So that you don’t surprise yourself by being caught out by suddenly having to do a third from nowhere.
How about the Venom 3 cast?
Apart from Tom Hardy reprising his role as Eddie Brock, the film’s cast has yet to be confirmed. There is a possibility that Stephen Graham returning as Detective Patrick Mulligan and Michelle Williams as She-Venom.
Venom 3 Plot
We are still determining where the third movie will take Eddie Brock. The director Andy Serkis said in an interview with Screen Rant his opinion about Venom and Spider-Man meeting:
I know everyone is desperate for Venom to meet Spider-Man. I know that. But I think there’s real mileage in some of the other supervillains that reside in Ravencroft. There’s such fertile ground to be uncovered there. That would be the sandbox I’d be really interested in playing in. Who’s lurking in there that could break out?
