The shopping cart and the B.R.U.T.E mech have both returned in the most recent Fortnite update.
Since being absent since Season 4, shopping carts were reintroduced in Season 8. They were fantastic for zooming across the map and gaining real speed while descending steep slopes. It was also a useful vehicle for on-the-go mending, allowing you to drive your friend out from the storm as they patched up.
It is interesting to notice the irony that carts have now appeared twice in the gameplay, with the Epic Games Store still lacking a shopping cart feature (though one is on the way). This was also noticed by Sergiy Galyonkin, who made a tweet mocking the situation.
Many people have been asking about a shopping cart on Twitter for some reason, so here it is. pic.twitter.com/msx9IS2YbF

The B.R.U.T.E robot from Season X makes a comeback in the guise of a somehow less powerful Salvaged B.R.U.T.E in this patch. When it was first introduced, the muscular bipedal drew a lot of criticism, with users claiming it was too powerful and tough to handle. They were nerfed by Epic before being elevated a season later. It was remained in creative mode for a while before being deleted in Season 2 Chapter 6 for issues of stability. However, the B.R.U.T.E hasn’t returned in full strength yet. Before it can be completely integrated into the game, it must be financed, which will require one billion bars to be donated at contribution stations.
The new patch also added multiple exciting new additions for Fortnite players, including the much-awaited Naruto content.
“From the beloved anime series NARUTO SHIPPUDEN, Naruto Uzumaki and the rest of Team 7 have finally arrived in Fortnite! Their Outfits (as well as other items) are in the Item Shop starting now, and Team 7 member Kakashi Hatake, in addition to an Outfit, has covertly placed himself as an Island Character. Find him and he’ll set you up with ninja-themed Quests,” read the patch notes.
