New week, new challenges, and Fortnite is still dealing with a bunch of aliens. Season 7 has brought a lot of adventure filled with strange happenings, some alien parasites, and a giant Mothership!Â
However, the challenges are pretty much working the same. You have to do specific tasks and get a special reward if you complete them. One of the recent quests has players destroy boats.
As easy as that might sound, you may still need guidance.
Here is what you need to know.
Fortnite Season 7 Challenge: Destroy Boats
This week Fortnite tasks players with destroying three boats. Now, if you think that might include the motorboats, you should know that’s not the case (luckily!).
The challenge includes only the basic wooden boats, usually found by the shoreline.Â
That’s good news because the boats can be easily destroyed and you can complete the task in no time.
Where to find the boats?
Dirty Docks
You can find wooden boats on the beach, north of the Dirty Docks. Actually, you’ll find there more than three boats, so you don’t have to worry about finding just one!
However, if you want to change the scenery, there are other locations, as you can see below on the map, you may want to try.
Craggy Cliffs
At Craggy Cliffs, there’s a shop called Cap’N Carp that sells fishing tools. You can find a bunch of wooden boats lying around in and outside the shop.
How to Destroy the Boats
Finding the wooden boats was easy, but destroy them is even easier.Â
Just use a pickaxe and broke the boat, like any other item.
Rewards
Once you successfully smashed the three boats to pieces, you’ll get some sweet XP, which you totally need. You’ll also be a step closer to unlock some fantastic rewards, like skins or emotes.
