Just as the zombie swarm in Resident Evil, Fortnite keeps swallowing characters across several titles. Chris Redfield, a Boulder-puncher, and Jill Valentine, the hero of the first Resident Evil and multiple sequels, enter the Fortnite royal world in a formal combat with new cosmetic articles from the series of survival horrors.
Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine are accessible as stand-alone shopping or bundles like other hybrids in Fortnite. The alternative aesthetic of Chris is based in Resident Evil Village whereas Jill gets her from the remake of Resident Evil 3.
Fortnite also released a trailer for the new Resident Evil skins.
They escaped one nightmare… only to find themselves in another. Two legendary S.T.A.R.S. members find themselves on the Island…
Besides the skins, the Green Herb Back Bling comes in red and blue variations. Also there are extra elements. Sadly, the true Residing Evil item isn’t going to heal you.
Maybe the most unexpected thing regarding this partnership is that it did not previously leak. It wasn’t via the regular data source, and I didn’t know that it was coming, which is rather rare. It appears to have taken everybody off guard.
Their look now matches the Fortnitemares event, which is being held around Halloween, when players slay cube creatures on the map. Fortnite has an impressive collection of crossovers. Before this, we have seen other important characters in the game. Players had a chance to encounter Lara Croft, Master Chief, Kratos, Ryu, Chun-Li, Aloy, Cammy or Guile as well as superheroes from Marvel and DC Comics.
Epic Games has added partnerships on horror themes to Fortnite as October progresses. The month began with a combination of famous monsters from the Horror Library of Universal Pictures. Rick from The Walking Dead was also introduced by Fortnite.
