After Fortnite’s viewership on Twitch and YouTube got really high, a collab seemed obvious. Also, the popular battle royale game will soon celebrate its fifth anniversary, which is great!
We’ve compiled a sleek list of everything you need to know, including how to claim Fortnite Twitch rewards.
Fortnite and Twitch: Release Date
The brand-new collab between Fortnite and Twitch airs on April 2 at 6 AM PST/ 9 AM EST/ 2 PM BST until April 3 at 9 PM PST/ 12 AM EDT/ 5 AM BST.
As you can notice, the event is available only for a short period, meaning you’ll have to be quick to grab all the rewards!
Fortnite and Twitch: How to Claim the Drops
Fortnite’s Zero Build Twitch drops are now available for all players that watch a live channel for about two hours of all the participating streams. That way, you can grab the rewards!
TIP: all the rewards can be earned only one stream at a time.
Check out how you can do that:
- Go to Connected Accounts
- Sign in with the Epic Games account
- Connect, then click on ‘Link your Account’
- Sign in with your Twitch account
- Choose ‘Authorize’

Fortnite and Twitch Rewards: What to Expect
Claiming all the rewards grants players the exclusive Steady Aim Loading Screen and the Open Fire Wrap. How cool is that?
So, how can you get those rewards?
You’ll have to watch at least 30 minutes for the Steady Aim Loading Screen, then some extra 1 hour and 30 minutes to get the Open Fire Wrap. Make sure you don’t miss out on this opportunity!
