Genshin Impact, an open-world action role-playing game developed by miHoYo, has a wealth of secrets that players are still unearthing. A patient Genshin Impact player has discovered a way to earn a free Common Chest without spending any gold.
Reddit user Belle fleures recently uploaded footage from their Genshin Impact journey, in which they visit the Golden Apple Archipelago during the Summertime Odyssey event. During the event period, players have around a month to travel across the Golden Apple Archipelago in search of the various chests that dot the new terrain. In addition to the rewards found in these chests, players that participate in the summer event will also get the four-star Genshin Impact Fischl skin, a large number of energy orbs, and other bonuses.
Turn off his lamp many times and he gives you a common chest to leave him alone from Genshin_Impact
If a Genshin Impact player blows out a lantern for whatever reason, the Night Raven Miner on Fischl’s Island will follow a short trail to relight the lamp. In order to gain a free chest from this Night Raven Miner, Belle fleures has found that she may continually darken his work area by turning off the neighboring lamp. On Fischl Island, off the coast of Genshin Impact, a Night Raven Miner had turned off his lamp three times before finally saying, “Alright already! Here, take these stuff, and stop bothering me!” This injects some much-needed comic relief into the otherwise high-stakes adventure set in the Golden Apple Archipelago.
Genshin Impact Common Chests can only contain Primogems, Sigils, Mora, XP material, and so on, therefore using this technique will only get you low-quality loot. While Belle fleures was able to get the free Common Chest by playing as Arataki Itto of Genshin Impact, it’s possible that any playable hero may aggravate the Night Raven Miner to the point where it rewards them. More players will have a chance to find hidden areas and clever tricks like this one after the Golden Apple Archipelago is opened till next update at the close of August.
