A few years ago, playing an Android game on a PC was possible only through emulators. Although that doesn’t represent a bad idea, why not have a strong alternative?

You will be able to play Android games directly on your PC using the Google Play Games service. Sounds a lot more comfortable than installing an emulator, right? While there is still some time to wait for the full version, the app is already live for its beta phase.

Google Play Games is live in Hong Kong, South Korea, and Taiwan

AndroidPolice.com reveals that the Google Play Games went live in South Korea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Surprisingly or not, the US won’t see this beta running.

As long as you have a desktop PC or laptop that runs on Windows, you should be able to use the Google Play Games service to play Android games when the service becomes fully available. The rest of the system requirements are not very demanding.

To enjoy the beta, you’ll also need to have 8 gigs of RAM, 20 gigs of available space on your storage space, and an 8-core CPU.

The Google Play Store contains millions of apps and games, and most of them are free to use. Of course, there are also ads and in-app purchases in some software offered by the official Android marketplace.

It will be interesting to find out just how many of those games from the Play Store will be covered by the Google Play Games service as well. There are many exciting games available in the Play Store, and we can remind about Pokemon GO, Call of Duty Mobile, Garena Free Fire, Genshin Impact, Roblox, Monopoly, Dream League Soccer 2022, Airport Security, My Talking Tom Friends, Monument Valley, and a lot more.

Feel free to tell us which game from the Google Play Store is your favorite and why!
