Yesterday, we spoke about the arrival of the 22.31.12 beta update for Google Play services. Today, the update becomes available for Android TV as well, which means that you already have the chance to grab it.
Google Play services (Android TV) 22.31.12 beta is available via APKMirror in two download variants. There’s no information yet available about what the update brings new, so we can assume that there’s nothing more than fixes and some small improvements. Both of the download variants exposed are simple APK files, so those who want to see at least a bundle will be disappointed.
Android apps are pretty much useless if there’s no Google Play services installed. While the tool comes along with the operating system itself, it should still be possible to uninstall Google Play services if that’s your goal in life. However, we see that as a very bad move.
