Trying to wrap one’s head around Grand Theft Auto 6 feels like one of the hardest things to do lately. To tell you the truth, keeping up with each of the various leaks and rumors that are now circulating around here can be rather challenging. However, one thing we are unable to dispute is the fact that this map leak is an excellent one.
Back in February 2022, Rockstar Games made the announcement that it was working on Grand Theft Auto VI. Many people had thought that by this point, we would certainly have a launch date or trailer for the game. However, we are still a long way with that, and some fans are beginning to worry that they may not live to see the release of the game.
GTA 6: the Dead End
Do you recall how back in 2022, when an ongoing supply of leaked Grand Theft Auto VI gameplay spilled over the internet and caused Rockstar Games to activate their panic stations? However, it was obvious that the footage was taken from a very early version of the game.
Even though it’s been roughly a year since those iconic leaks, fans are still unearthing a ton of fresh information that could offer another hint of how large the geography of GTA VI might be. “33 Seemingly-unnecessary-but-otherwise-neat elements that I find in the GTA VI 2022 leaks,” a user named Limp-Simple4802 said on Reddit about the details that he found in the game. That could pretty much be about the GTA 6 map and its locations!
What We Know So Far, But in a Nutshell
Well, we’ve got to deal with rumors that Grand Theft Auto VI would include two playable characters, Jason and Lucia, and that the game will be set in a more modern version of Vice City. So far, we’ve also got tons of speculations about a Vice City revival, making us believe that the inspiration it’s totally in store for us.
Undoubtedly, one needs to treat all claims and speculation with skepticism until it is demonstrated that the contrary is true. In light of the aforementioned, we should anticipate receiving the first official clues and other information sometime during the end of the year (fingers crossed?).
