GTA 6’s Release Date is Again Leaked
Take-Two Interactive’s most recent earnings call implies that Grand Theft Auto 6 would likely be released somewhere within the next 20 months, which is in accordance with previous speculations that originated from business insiders and the firm’s financial predictions. Isn’t it wonderful?
Take-Two’s fiscal year 2025 will end in March 2025; hence, given the history of the company’s launch timetable, a release in the latter half of 2024 is a distinct possibility.
However, this does not indicate that Grand Theft Auto 6 will certainly be released in March of 2024 since that release date was projected from a previous forecast that Take-Two made at the beginning of 2022. Taking into account that the game hasn’t even been launched yet and that the publisher has a tendency to run drawn-out marketing campaigns, the chance of this occurring is extremely low.
Take-Two’s projection that fiscal year 2025 will be a “significant inflection point” lends credence to the possibility that Grand Theft Auto 6 may be launched around that time; however, this is not a given at this moment.
Given that Take-Two is already urging investors to get prepared for a phenomenally lucrative fiscal year 2025, there is cause to expect that Grand Theft Auto 6 will be launched in the not-too-distant future.
This indicates that development on Grand Theft Auto 6 is continuing at this moment in time. What are your expectations so far on the next GTA installation? Let us know in the comments below.
