Apple’s iPhone 12 Pro Max is one of the most popular smartphones of this year, and it is undoubtedly the top iPhone of the year, the new Consumer Reports rankings say.
The upgraded A14 processor, OLED screen, camera technology, and 5G connectivity got its ticket to the top reserved. Consumer Reports recommended the 12 Pro Max over its rivals thanks to the larger display, longer battery life, and 2.5x zoom camera.
“While the 12 Pro Max will cost you $100 more than its smaller sibling, the 12 Pro, it packs in several more hours of battery life, a slightly larger display, and a 2.5x zoom camera that gets you just a hair closer to the action than the 12 Pro’s 2x camera.
On the flip side, the Max version is significantly heavier and can be tough to use one-handed, even for people with long fingers. If you’re wary of bulky phones, you might be happier with the 12 Pro,” they wrote.
Other smartphones on the top list include the Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G, which got the title of “Best Android PHone”, and the OnePlus Nord N10 5G, which was awarded the “Best Budget Phone” title and “Best Phone for All-Day Battery Life” award.
Consumer Reports keeps a ranking of the top smartphones on the market according to various criteria, and the top side of the list consists of a few iPhone models.
Apple will release new models this year, and the iPhone 13 models are already being worked on.
The next-gen smartphones will pack upgraded chips, better camera technologies, 120Hz refresh rates and more!
