iPhone 15 Will Have An Absurd Price, As Per New Rumours

Apple has decided to maintain the same price point for this year’s iPhone, despite the significant increase in the cost of its components. It would appear that this will be a different story in 2023 due to the fact that the iPhone 15 Ultra might bring about a significant change in pricing along the road.

Although it is still a little too soon to speak about anything having to do with the iPhone 15, credible information has now emerged stating that Apple has a new strategy that might be successfully applied, in particular to the most costly model. And which is now anticipated to launch as the first iPhone Ultra in the wake of the earlier launch of the Watch Ultra.

According to the well-known leaker LeaksApplePro, Apple is expected to finally match the phone’s premium perks such as a titanium casing and a periscopic camera with a ludicrous price tag of $1299. When compared to the lowest-priced variant of the iPhone 14 Pro Max, which sells for between $1099 and $1599, this represents a price difference of $200.

When we talk about conversion, it’s possible that in certain areas it’s a lot greater than that, but in other places it may be much lower. For instance, the starting price for the iPhone 14 Pro Max in Germany is €1499.00, which further places the most expensive option at an absurdly high cost.

The iPhone 15 has increased capacity for both storage and RAM (Ultra). Apple intends to equip the Ultra with a higher initial storage of 256 gigabytes and 8 gigabytes of random access memory (RAM), in addition to the distinguishing new features that are being added. Therefore, this may be another rationale to justify the increased price of the iPhone Ultra, which has not yet been disclosed.

In the past, the reliability of the source has been spotty, which calls into question the veracity of the rumor. On the other hand, the price disparity between the next iPhone and its predecessor is very obvious in many respects given that the Watch Ultra is significantly more costly than the standard Watch Series 8 model.
