Fortnite Chapter 3 has aired a few weeks ago, introducing the much-awaited Spider-Man crossover, Star Wars’ Boba Fett, brand-new exclusive skins, and a lot of other cool items.
As great as that could be, the crossovers we’ve come across so far, including Naruto, are still the best things to happen in Fortnite. Now, rumor has it we could see the Doom Slayer and other Xbox favorites soon.
Here is what you need to know.
New Xbox, Bethesda, and Microsoft Crossovers in Fortnite: What to Expect?
Fortnite’s incredible collection of characters will be upgraded in 2022, according to the XboxEra podcast. That means we’ll see more iconic Microsoft characters!
“Microsoft’s had the Gears characters, Microsoft’s had Master Chief in there…they’ll be more Microsoft/ Bethesda characters coming to Fortnite,” revealed Nick ‘Shpeshal Nick’ Baker, the co-host of the XboxEra podcast.
How great is that?
And that’s not all!
Baker had also dropped some hints about Doom Slayer arriving in Fortnite, which will be huge for fans. Check out below the XboxEra full Podcast:
However, Jeff Grubb, the co-host of the XboxEra Podcast, came up with a few theories, including that Fortnite will soon upgrade its roster exponentially to add some of the best characters from the gaming’ verse.
Grubb also believes that by the end of 2022, we’ll get tons of video game characters. Unfortunately, we don’t know other details about the following crossovers, but Epic Games will indeed release more information in the coming months.
As for the crossovers’ release dates is somehow hard to predict, but it could take months to bring them in the Fortnite ‘verse.
Considering how it worked with Naruto, we may have to wait about six months or so. The first Naruto rumors appeared in May 2022, and the official release happened in November.
