Itel is up for some ambitious plans in the field of smartphones. The company will soon release its Itel S23 on Amazon India, and it needs to be said right from the start that we’re talking about a budget phone. The Itel S23 will cost just about 100 bucks.
Thanks to GSMArena, we now have a release date for the forthcoming Itel S23. The phone will land very soon and give many people a chance to buy a pretty basic smartphone without having to break the bank.
Itel S23 will launch on June 14
Those willing to get their hands on the Itel S23 smartphone will only have to wait a few days more. Starting next week on Wednesday, the phone will make its debut on Amazon India. It will have s starting price of INR 8,999, which translates to $109.
The upcoming Itel S23 smartphone will showcase a 6.6-inch HD+ LCD display that features 90Hz of refresh rate and a small notch at the top for housing the front camera. Powering the device will be a Unisoc T606 chipset and 8GB of RAM, with the possibility for expansion up to 16GB through virtual RAM. The Itel S23 will also boast a primary 50MP camera with an impressive f/1.6 aperture, accompanied by an additional camera whose specifications have not been revealed so far.
The upcoming Itel phone will offer a unique feature in its Mystery White variant, which will have a back panel that changes colors. That’s a bit impressive, considering that we’re talking about a smartphone that’s worth only $100. As for the battery, users can expect a sizable 5,000 mAh capacity that also features support for charging via USB-C.
