I mean, how can we beat something as fabulous as that?!
Thanks to the great Xbox showcase, the Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio devs provided a cool sneak peek at the next chapter of the Yakuza: Like a Dragon series, dubbed Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth. And there’s one thing we can’t deny: it is so good to see Ichiban again, acting like he has nothing to lose!
As seen in the trailer, Ichiban, the protagonist of Like a Dragon, washes up straight on a beach with much self-assurance. As he begins to regain awareness, it takes Ichiban a moment longer to actually observe and understand that he is no longer in Japan and that he is, in fact, naked (oops!).
What are your thoughts so far about the Yakuza: Like a Dragon saga and the upcoming installment, the Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth?
The new Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth will be available later than some of us believe, which is unfortunate. Along with its release on Xbox and PlayStation, Infinite Wealth will be available in 2024.
On the other hand, here’s something that will keep you toasty! Recently, over the course of Summer Game Fest, Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio provided us with a glimpse at the next entry in the Yakuza series dubbed Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name. Quite the name, right?!
The fact that Yakuza: Like a Dragon has real-time turn-based RPG-style action with a four-person battle squad is something for which we can all express our gratitude. This is easily the game’s greatest strength. Side missions are available for you to do, just as in the previous titles in the Yakuza series. Completing these quests will get you some sleek additional prizes. Karaoke is one of the other fun activities that may be performed alongside other side activities. That’s really a great way to boost up your in-game experience!
