Metal Eden will soon become the new trend in town when it comes to gaming, as its strong similarities with Cyberpunk 2077 cannot be denied. Categorized as “an adrenaline-rush sci-fi FPS”, Metal Eden is teeming with futuristic weapons and dangerous situations that cannot let you escape without a serious fight.
We’re less than a month away until Metal Eden gets out, as the release of Reikon Games’ creation is scheduled for May 6. There’s no word yet about the system requirements for the PC version, although we know that the game will run on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Windows computers.
Metal Eden is FREE on PlayStation 5
If you have a PlayStation 5 at home, it’s good to know that you can try Metal Eden on it at no cost at all. If you think it’s not worth the effort to get such a game in your console, perhaps some of its amazing gameplay footage can help you:
Part of the game’s description via Steam confirms that we’re talking about an amazing FPS:
Dive into cybernetic warfare against the machine forces that protect the secrets of an artificial world. Fight a diverse roster of tough, agile mecha troops and elemental forces. Extract energy cores and destroy the INTERNAL DEFENCE CORPS shields to gain a battle zone advantage. Develop your arsenal and combat capabilities to become an unstoppable HYPER UNIT.
Interestingly, Metal Eden breaks the mold of typical PlayStation game trials—you don’t need a PlayStation Plus subscription to dive in. Just head to the PS Store, grab the demo, and you’re good to go.
If you’re still not convinced that Metal Eden is the game you need in your life or not, you should know that its official Steam page even offers you the chance to download the demo version.
