The beloved anime icon, Naruto, is rumored to finally make his debut in Fortnite! The rumor mill has stirred quite the buzz lately, and we can’t help but wonder when we’ll finally get a Naruto skin?
Fresh leaks hint at one of the most exciting potential crossovers we’ve witnessed so far in the game, while Epic Games prefers to remain silent.

Naruto Skin in Fortnite: Release Date
Naruto is expected to be released in Fortnite on September 13, when the next Season 8 Battle Pass kicks in. Some tipsters have also offered key details, explaining that the Naruto crossover might not be ready until then, and that’ll appear as DLC in the Item Store later.
However, Epic Games didn’t confirm a thing, so it’s better to take everything with a pinch of salt!
Leaks and More Hints: What to Expect
After information of the potential Naruto crossover emerged during court proceedings between Epic Games and Apple, Epic published a survey hinting at the iconic ninja’s arrival.
The survey asked if players would prefer a Rick & Morty crossover, which actually happened in Season 7. Naruto was also spotted on that list, so the chances to see him soon are pretty much high.
Also, popular tipster Candywing posted details of their Q&A with Donald Mustard, Epic Games’ Chief Creative Officer, and Naruto was confirmed to be in the Fortnite Season 8 Battle Pass.
But Candywing later clarified that Naruto wouldn’t be in the Battle Pass after all, as you can see below:

But, of course, that might change! For instance, it has been reported by leakers that Epic Games has just signed a deal with Shueisha (the Japanese producer of Shonen Jump).
