The famous NBA basketball simulation series will be back in business this year with a new game – known as NBA 2K23, the title is scheduled for launch on September 9. There’s nothing surprising in the list of supported platforms, as we can see both consoles and a PC version. The supported consoles are PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch.
The first look trailer of the game is already available, and you are free to watch it! The gameplay looks smooth, immersive, and innovative, and it can indeed fool you that you’re actually looking at a real basketball match, as that’s how great the graphics are! Behold:
The game is already available for pre-purchase via Steam, where you can grab it for at least 59.99 euros for the standard edition. If you want the Michael Jordan Edition, you’ll have to pay 40 euros more.
Here’s a description of the game that appears on the gaming service:
Rise to the occasion and realize your full potential in NBA 2K23. Prove yourself against the best players in the world and showcase your talent in MyCAREER. Pair today’s All-Stars with timeless legends in MyTEAM. Build a dynasty of your own in MyGM or take the NBA in a new direction with MyLEAGUE. Take on NBA or WNBA teams in PLAY NOW and experience true-to-life gameplay. How will you Answer the Call?
There are no system requirements revealed yet for those willing to play NBA 2K23 on the PC, but we can expect that to change soon enough. However, judging by the trailer, we can surely expect some powerful hardware specifications. We anticipate that a graphics card running a minimum of 4GB will be needed, but only time will tell for sure!
