Nintendo released a preview of what to anticipate when The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom launches, and everything looks incredible. When Tears of the Kingdom will be finally available, we will be able to witness how the fields and sky of Hyrule have actually changed and meet new characters!
So, what do you expect from The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom?
Players will see right away Hyrule’s big change, probably the biggest so far since Breath of the Wild. But then again, such a thing is somehow obvious, considering how the world started to mend after Link, Zelda, and their allies defeated Calamity Ganon. And as we all know by now, evil doesn’t close an eye; it never does!
So, Ganondorf’s anticipated comeback as the series’ recognizable enemy is totally going to happen. The beginning of Tears of the Kingdom will be entirely different from the beginning of Breath of the Wild, which saw Link awaken after 100 years of sleep in a gloomy shrine within the Great Plateau. Quite breathtaking, isn’t it?!

Although Link starts the journey on one of the sky islands, the Tears of the Kingdom’s creators don’t actually explain how he and Zelda ended up apart once more. But one of the series’ recurrent themes, the quest for Zelda, will once more take center stage. Although questions about Princess Zelda’s absence continue to be raised, only time will tell what will happen as Link searches the lands and skies of Hyrule. Talking about the biggest adventure of your life, right?!
Don’t sweat over what’s missing or what’s really puzzling. Nintendo has clearly made everything this way to leave certain riddles for us to discover as the release of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom approaches. Also, in the most recent Zelda game, it will be up to us to go to remote parts of Hyrule, learn how Link and Zelda can combat Ganondorf, and find resourceful ways to use Link’s new skills. That’s the spirit!
