It’s Pokemon Go Fashion Week! This will bring you amazing, custom Pokemon and shiny variants, the introduction of Poodle Pokemon Furfou plus its numerous Trim forms, alongside new research tasks and rewards. The Go Tour Challengers from the Kanto Tour were accompanied by Fashion Challengers, similar to what we’ve seen in Pokemon Go Fashion Week.
Finding Fashion Challengers is very easy, as they appear at random Pokestops across the world.
PokeStops that appear to shake/move from a distance make them easier to be spotted. Also, the Challenger Avatar is featured right next to it.
Completing a Fashion Challenger and Team Go Rocket battle is very similar.
After spinning or getting close to it, a Fashion Challenger pop-up will appear on the screen. If you feel like you are ready, you can pick the battle option.
The very first pokemon will be a version of Furfrou. If you begin with Strong Pokemon right off the bat, the Fashion Challenger won’t be able to use the shield during battle, increasing your chance of success.
After beating the Fashion Challenger, you will be rewarded standard goodies like revives and stardust.
Fashion Week Research
To go through with the fashion week research task, you must defeat a Fashion, Challenger. However, winning the battle isn’t mandatory, as you only have to participate.
A player is meant to complete a Fashion Challenger fight in one part, three in part three, and five in part five.
It is a very exciting event with numerous goodies waiting to be claimed by players across the globe.
Keep in mind that it is a timed event, which means that it won’t be available anymore after some time, which is why we suggest that you go out and search for pokemon to make the most out of it.
