Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy A14 5G model has once again surfaced online, and it seems that the previous rumors regarding the chipset of the device were wrong. The new leak comes courtesy of the Google Play Console, and it presents the phone equipped with an Exynos 1330 chipset instead of the rumored MediaTek Dimensity 700.
The new leak was spotted by MyFixGuide, and it’s confirming that Samsung hasn’t forgotten about its extremely popular Galaxy A-series. In fact, the South Korean tech giant will even enhance its series with several models besides the upcoming Galaxy A14 – the company is also working on the Galaxy A34, A54, and Galaxy A74 models.
Samsung Galaxy A14 5G will come with Android 13 out of the box
Thanks to the Google Play Console, we also get to find out more about the specs of the Samsung Galaxy A14, besides its chipset. The phone will also come equipped with Android 13, so you won’t need to worry about getting the latest update of Google’s mobile operating system.
The upcoming Samsung phone will also feature 6GB of RAM and 2x ARM Mali G68 (950 MHz) for the GPU. Along with the powers of the Exynos 1330 chipset, this configuration should be great for most Android games available out there.
The specs of the Galaxy A14’s chipset are the following: 2x Cortex-A78 Performance Cores that are clocked @2.4GHz, as well as 6x Cortex-A55 Energy-efficient Cores clocked @2.0GHz.
According to other sources, the future Galaxy A14 will also be equipped with powerful features such as Fingerprint (side-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, compass, barometer, and virtual proximity sensing.
Perhaps the best Samsung phone from the Galaxy A-series remains the A53 model that was released this year. It packs a powerful Super AMOLED display, potent cameras, and more. It will be interesting to see if the Galaxy A14 5G can be any better.
