Samsung is gearing up to host another big launch event for a new Fan Edition smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE.
The new FE handset is among the most anticipated phones from the tech giant. While the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE was tipped to make its debut alongside the brand-new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 and the Z Flip 3, we weren’t so lucky.
Now, fresh leaks and a visit to a Bluetooth SIG website hint at an imminent launch.

Samsung Galaxy S21 FE has just been spotted on the Bluetooth SIG certification website with model numbers SM-G990B, SM-G990N, and SM-G990B_DS.
The next-gen Galaxy S21 FE is said to feature some premium, flagship specs. The Bluetooth certification website, though, unveiled it would come with Bluetooth 5.0, instead of the most recent 5.2 version. As for the launch event, the phone is tipped to make its debut in October!

Unfortunately, the Bluetooth SIG website doesn’t show many details about the next Samsung Galaxy S21 FE. But thanks to fresh leaks, some of the smartphone’s key specs have been revealed.
Display details
The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE will sport a 6.4-inch AMOLED panel with an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.
Hardware and software specs
Under the hood, the upcoming phone will be available in both Exynos and Qualcomm processors, depending on the region.
The processor would also get up to 8GB RAM + 256GB onboard storage.
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE will ship with Android 11 OS topped with One UI 3.1.1 out-of-the-box.
Camera skills
Coming to camera capabilities, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is said to sport a triple rear camera module with a 12MP primary sensor and other features yet to be revealed.
Upfront, a shooter of 32MP will take the best selfies.
Battery capacity
A battery of 4,500mAh with 25W fast wired charging, 4.5 reverse wireless charging, and 15W fast wireless charging is said to keep the lights on for several hours.
Samsung didn’t confirm yet any of these specs, so it’s better if we take everything with a pinch of salt!
