Samsung still has plenty of reasons to take good care of its flagship for 2021. The Galaxy S21 series is still among the public’s preferences, although the South Korean giant has released a flagship for this year as well.
According to SAMMOBILE, the new Android 13 and One UI 5.0 update is out for the Samsung Galaxy S21 series. The update represents the outcome of many users’ feedback, which means that people have all the reasons to have some high hopes.
Therefore, the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and Galaxy S21 Ultra models are targeted by the new update, while the S21 FE model will likely get it separately.
Europe already sees the update
Some of those living in Europe who own either one of the Samsung devices mentioned earlier are already getting their hands on the new update. While the rollout is still somewhat in its beginning phase, it will likely pass some time until everybody gets the new update. It will likely last a few weeks more.
One UI 5.0 has some amazing features to bring for the lock screen by personalizing it a lot and even giving the user a chance to customize it in some interesting and creative ways. For instance, the user can choose a short video to play on the lock screen if he wishes to do so.
In the end, if you own a phone from the Samsung Galaxy S21 series, you should keep it connected to the internet and check for new updates by yourself from time to time. You can do so by simply heading over to the Settings menu of your device, selecting ‘Software update,’ and hitting the ‘Download and install’ option.
Try to be patient, even though it may be pretty hard when it comes to what new stuff Samsung has to offer, as good things come to those who wait!
