Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Might Have a Dimmer Display Than We Thought

Source: PhoneArena

We have the launch date for the upcoming Galaxy S23 series of Samsung flagship phones, along with other important info, such as the colors and design. The lineup will become available in early 2023 in three variants: the standard, Plus, and Ultra versions.

Obviously, the best phone from the future S23 lineup will be the Ultra variant. We can expect the best specs from it, but it seems that the luminosity of the display could be dimmer than we previously expected.

‘Only’ 1750 nits for the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra’s display

Fresh information reveals that the S23 Ultra will be capable of reaching a brightness of 1750 nits, which is significantly less than the 2,300 nits that were previously expected.

The leak comes from leaker Ahmed Qwaider through a tweet, and although it may disappoint some fans, we have to admit that 1750 nits still represent a fairly good brightness for a flagship phone.

The S-series of Samsung phones are generally considered to be a high-end line of smartphones that offer a range of powerful features and capabilities, so it doesn’t need any presentation anymore. Many users have had positive experiences with these phones, citing their good performance, high-quality displays, and good camera performance as some of their strong points. However, as with any product, the experience of individual users can vary, and it is always a good idea to do your own research and consider your own needs and preferences before making a purchase.

Samsung remains one of the top smartphone manufacturers, along with Apple. Choosing between the two tech giants is obviously challenging but not impossible. There are a few key factors that you may want to consider, such as the display and camera quality, hardware and performance, price, and so on.

Are you excited about the arrival of the Samsung Galaxy S23 flagship series?
