All The Scream Movies Ranked
The Scream Tv series can be viewed on Netflix. There are five Scream movies without the upcoming film. The first one was released in 1996 with Scream, and the current movie is 2022’s Scream. They went with the same name, despite the latter Scream 5. All five are above-average horror films, but Scream 3 is the closest to one of the five. The third generation is satirizing trilogies and convoluted plots and twists. Meanwhile, there are a lot of exciting scenes, significant character deaths, and a take on Hollywood franchises with the Stab films.
Scream 4 and Scream 5 could be swapped around, and the ranking would still make sense. They are both strong and weak in slightly different ways. For example, Scream 4 suffers from several bland characters and the weird color from 2011, but there are still plenty of good things about this movie. Also, it focuses on reboots and how the horror rules have changed. Emma Roberts had an excellent performance, and the character of Kirby, played by Hayden Panettiere, will be back for Scream 6.
About Scream 5 is showing reboots without the original director can still be good. In the meantime, some outstanding performances are better than Scream 4’s new cast.
Scream 2 follows the concept of horror sequels themselves while keeping it very meta and tense. Without a doubt, the first Scream movie is the best. The original introduced the best final girl that is Sidney Prescott. Every scene in this film has gone down in an iconic horror story.
