Apple usually stops signing its previous smartphone operating system a week after they introduce a new one.
While the Cupertino based tech giant isn’t signing the newest builds anymore, jailbreak users shouldn’t be worried as there is no tool available to jailbreak iOS 14.4.x.
Taurine and Unc0ver jailbreak are compatible with iOS 14 to iOS 14.3, and the tools receive continuous updates for improved stability and performance.
The Odyssey team has recently introduced a fresh update for Taurine, stepping up the version to 1.0.4 for iOS 14 to iOS 14.3. In addition, the new update features bug fixes and battery life improvements.
The newest Taurine jailbreak update includes various bug fixes and performance enhancements. If you use the tool on your iPhone or iPad, we strongly suggest that you step up to the new build. The update was announced by the dev team, Odyssey, via Twitter.
If you are curious about the goodies featured in the new update, here is the whole changelog:
“— Improves battery life
— Fixes hangs when renaming certain tweak dylibs
— Fixes userspace reboot failing for certain users
— Fixes full system hangs for certain users.”
The update can be downloaded from the official website, and you can sideload it via AltStore.
Remember, you can use the Taurine jailbreak only if you have an iPhone or iPad that runs on iOS 14 to iOS 14.3, and it can also be used to jailbreak the freshest iPhone 12 series.
Jailbreaking an iPhone is excellent, as you get access to so many features that regular users can only dream of. However, it comes with some safety risks. If you are willing to accept them, go on and jailbreak your device. You most likely won’t regret it!
