Tesla will release its long-awaited Phone Pi model in just a few months, and there are plenty of reasons that it can pose serious competition even for the iPhone 14. While last time we compared the upcoming Tesla Phone Pi model to the Galaxy Z Fold 4 model from Samsung, it’s time to leave aside the ‘foldable smartphone’ business a little.
One great thing that Samsung has done during its history is that it constantly released smartphones that are both affordable and comparable to some degree with the flagships. Those who can’t afford or are simply reluctant when it comes to paying around 800 bucks for the latest Galaxy S22 Ultra phone can also reorient towards the Galaxy A73 5G device. Apart from being part of a successful series from Samsung, the A73 model has proven that users can still get some of what the South Korean giant has to offer best while not having to pay big bucks. Last but not least, Galaxy A73 can also be a competitor for the upcoming Tesla Phone Pi.
Samsung A73 5G has powerful cameras
The first thing that you notice as soon as you check the list of specs for the Samsung Galaxy A73 is the cameras. The phone has a 108MP lens mounted on the rear setup, along with three other sensors: a 12MP ultrawide one, a 5MP macro, and a 5MP depth. The front camera is also impressive, as it can snap photos in 32MP and record videos up to 4K resolution. The main camera can record 4K videos as well. Samsung Galaxy A73 is one of the few smartphones that you can use efficiently for vlogging.
Samsung’s phone also features IP67 water and dust resistance, an under-display fingerprint sensor, 5G, a 5,000mAh battery with fast charging at 25W, and more.
A Snapdragon 778G 5G (6 nm) is what’s powering the Samsung Galaxy A73, which can also be seen as a pretty good smartphone for gaming. The device is equipped with 6/8GB of RAM, an Adreno 642L GPU, and a pretty powerful 6.7 inch Super AMOLED Plus display of 120Hz for refresh rate. That’s a pretty good recipe for gaming!
Tesla Phone Pi: a gadget that will revolutionize the smartphone industry
We can expect some revolutionary features from the Tesla Phone Pi. Users will likely be able to mine cryptocurrency with it, get rid of the age-old “no signal” problem once and for all, and more. It is also known that the upcoming phone’s battery will never get discharged, which would also be a major game changer for the smartphone industry.
We can also expect the Tesla Phone Pi to have some pretty impressive hardware specs: 12 to 16GB of RAM, a Snapdragon 8 Gen1 chipset of 4nm, video recording capabilities of up to 8K, and more. The main camera lens from the rear setup will likely reach 108MP. The amazing photos and videos that the Tesla Phone Pi will make will be showcased on an impressive 144Hz display. However, you must still take all these specs with a little grain of salt, as nothing is entirely sure until the phone comes out.
Tesla Phone Pi is better than Samsung Galaxy A73
Judging by the information we have so far about what Tesla’s future phone is capable of, it’s clear that it should surpass what Samsung Galaxy A73 has to offer when it comes to both the usual specs and outstanding features. Tesla Phone Pi will, however, surpass what most smartphones have to offer.
The price for the Tesla Phone Pi will likely be around $800, while you must pay almost half that amount if you want the Samsung Galaxy A73 in your pocket: $428. If money is a problem for you and/or you don’t really need the revolutionizing features and advanced specs of the Tesla Phone Pi, you should go ahead and buy Samsung’s phone instead.
