Lenovo has announced the Legion Slim 5 and Slim 5i gaming laptops with 16:10 displays, optional 4-zone RGB keyboards, and fast-charging 80 Wh batteries. These laptops come with up to RTX 4070 GPUs, 32 GB/1 TB storage and RAM configuration, and a healthy mix of ports.
Thanks to Notebookcheck, we have enough information about the new laptops’ specifications. The laptops also feature a maximum of 16-inch WQXGA 16:10 IPS panels packed with a 2560×1600 resolution, NVIDIA G-SYNC/AMD FreeSync support, a 240 Hz refresh rate, and 500 nits of brightness. The Legion Slim 5i and Slim 5 also harbor up to a Core i9-13900H and a Ryzen 9 7940HS chip, respectively.
Additionally, there are two versions of these laptops with different GPU options, a thinner variant with a maximum of 115 W RTX 4050 and a thin variant that supports up to 140 W RTX 4070.
Prices start at 1,499 euros
The laptops are set to be released in June and May 2023 at starting prices of €1,499 and €1,549, respectively.
