Let’s face it: 2D games might not represent anything for most gamers nowadays, but they were the bee’s knees back in the day. The 2D gaming scene bore fruit in countless memorable ways when the gaming world was making its first baby steps, meaning a few decades ago.
Therefore, if the child in you is craving for 2D games even though you’re heavily into titles such as Cyberpunk 2077, FIFA 23, or GTA 5, there’s no shame in it! Each and every gamer has his nostalgic moments. And furthermore, without all those 2D games , all these highly popular and realistic video games that we enjoy today would have probably never existed.
“The Many Pieces of Mr.Coo” launches on September 7 for PC and consoles
TGG reveals that according to indie games publisher Meridiem Games and solo developer Nacho Rodriguez, “The Many Pieces of Mr. Coo” will soon become available for PC and console in both a physical and digital version: on September 7, to be more precise.
Here’s what the game’s description via Steam tells us:
The Many Pieces of Mr. Coo is a surrealist point’n’click graphic adventure. Mr. Coo is stuck in a weird, nonsensical world, and he needs your help to get out of it -but first of all, he needs to find all his pieces and be whole again!- There might be some philosophical strife behind all this nonsense, but with all the chaotic monsters, crazy robots and one-eyed ladies, it’s kinda hard to say.
While running “The Many Pieces of Mr. Coo” on a PC isn’t too complicated, the fans need to keep in mind that once the game launches, they’l also have the chance to play it on the following platforms: PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, as well as the Nintendo Switch.
