Who said that only Fortnite is allowed to make a crossover with the insanely-popular anime series known as Dragon Ball? We’ll get to see characters such as Goku and Vegeta as they use their enormous superpowers to try to survive in another notorious battle royale game: PUBG Mobile.
The big news comes from PUBG Mobile’s social media accounts, and it has already made a lot of fans happy. The only downside, considering what we know so far, is that there’s plenty of time to wait for the crossover. We can’t expect it to land sooner than 2023. But better late than never!

There’s no info available now regarding what exactly we can expect from the future collaboration, but thankfully, we can still speculate. Judging by the fact that we see the poster of the latest Dragon Ball movie in the tweet, meaning Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero that came out this year, it means that we might see Gohan and Piccolo in the crossover, along with their new transformations.
Here’s another reason why we can expect to see Goku’s son and his mentor in the upcoming crossover: the two warriors weren’t present at all in the Fortnite x Dragon Ball crossover. Instead, the four Dragon Ball characters jumping into that game are Goku, Vegeta, Beerus, and Bulma. Sure, you can say that Fortnite and PUBG Mobile have completely different developers, but let’s not forget that competition can always make its mark. And although they won’t admit it, any game developer has information about what’s going on in his neighbor’s backyard.
A Dragon Ball-related crossover would surely be absurd without Goku and Vegeta, but at the same time, it would be a bit boring to bring only the two beloved Saiyans. While Fortnite opted for four Dragon Ball characters, we expect PUBG Mobile to apply a similar policy.
