The New Year will bring a brand new Dragon Ball movie, and it will present an interesting plot having the Red Ribbon Army in the front row. For those unaware, we’re talking about a terrifying and powerful organization that Goku had to deal with when he was a child.
That’s right! Once again, Dragon Ball Super will revive old settlements of Goku from the distant past of the mighty Sayian. Once again, elements from the very first Dragon Ball series will be brought back, and we can’t be otherwise but happy about it!
Gohan is back in business
Dragon Ball fans had been upset for the most part of the Dragon Ball Super anime because Gohan, the son of the legendary Goku, was given much less credit than he deserves. The writers had made him once again a guy who skips training for his studies and exams.
But later in Dragon Ball Super, meaning the Tournament of Power arc, Gohan was once again in the spotlight. As for now, it’s wonderful to find out that Goku’s son will also be in the spotlight in the upcoming “Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero” movie, as the new poster suggests by placing the fighter in the middle. Gohan has been a true menace in the Tournament of Power, where he has been decisive in powerful clashes against opponents such as Aniraza and Dyspo. Gohan even gets the respect of God of Destruction Beerus after participating in the tournament.
Despite his successful participation, Gohan needed some time to recover his fighting spirit. He has been training under the command of Piccolo once again and even clashed against his father, Goku, in a warm-up match before the tournament.
We can only say “welcome back, Gohan!” and be very eager for the upcoming movie to come out!
