Many Dragon Ball fans across the world are eagerly waiting to see the new movie known as ‘Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero’ that was supposed to come out in April. There’s no wonder why the agitation is so big. The film will leave Goku and Vegeta aside this time. Gohan and Piccolo will have the chance to shine once again. Goku’s son is even expected to be the hero of the show.
But according to ScreenRant.com, the movie is delayed, and the fans have no other option but to cope with the unpleasant situation. A hack issued on Toei Animation is what causes the delay, but hopefully, there won’t be long to wait until the movie comes out.
No new release date has been announced so far
The delay is indefinite, which can only mean that we’ll have to wait for info from the producers themselves regarding when the movie is coming out. However, judging by the huge fanbase that the Dragon Ball franchise has, we can only expect that those working on the upcoming film will do their best to get things going ASAP. It’s in their best interest.
Akira Toriyama is the one who’s writing the story for the upcoming movie as well, which is excellent news for the fans. The man is none other than the original author behind the story in Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z.
In ‘Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero’, the story presents the revival of the Red Ribbon Army, as the organization is back from the ashes and even refreshed with some fancy cool toys. Employing a new scientist to continue their dirty work, the Red Ribbon Army will now bring more powerful androids than ever in order to take down the Z warriors. Cell was also one of the androids created by the organization, and we all know that he gave a lot of headaches to Goku, Gohan, and the rest of the good guys back in the day of Dragon Ball Z.
